  1. Talent Acquisition Methodology

    On receipt of Client’s requirements along with the Job Description, Roles and Responsibilities of the candidates to be recruited, resumes are short listed from our database based on the requirements. After a thorough screening process, candidates are short listing for the Telephonic Interview.  The Telephonic interview will be conducted by our Interview Panel.  The candidates will be called for a personal discussion at our office if required. No candidates will be sent to the clients without our preliminary telephonic Interview.The short listed candidates CVs will be forwarded to the clients within 72 hours from the time of receipt of the requirement.  We receive the list of candidates to be called for interview after the clients screening. This process reduces the clients time and cost and increase our ‘Success Rate’.

  2. Services after posting

    We do collect Employee’s and Employer’s feedback on completion of 30 days from the date of joining and afterwards, once in every quarter for a period of six months. The feedback given by either Employee or Employer will be discussed with others on mutual understanding if required. This process helps to bridge a good relationship, best coordination, Improve the capability, finding the room for area of improvements, makes comfort to work and to retain the best talent in the Organisation.
